ACCTS focuses on the encouragement of Christian military personnel to be witnesses wherever they are assigned to their colleagues and other Christian brethren.

• Conferences - AMCF International Conferences are held periodically at the world-wide, regional and sub-regional level. ACCTS staff participates in as many of these conferences as possible. When a national MCF is not able to send delegates because of insufficient funds, it is the policy of ACCTS to provide financial assistance on a "first come - first served" basis, dependent upon available funds. Occasionally, ACCTS will sponsor a conference to meet a specific need, e.g. a chaplains' conference in Africa or a conference for the development of Christian leaders in Ukraine.
  
  
• Teaching - Teaching on a variety of subjects is made available to those requesting it, or is offered by invitation to participate in special programs. Some teaching is done by the ACCTS staff; some as a joint effort with other organizations, and some by other organizations through arrangements made by ACCTS.
  
  
• Service - ACCTS serves as the coordinating agency for the Association of Military Christian Fellowships (AMCF). ACCTS is a central point for collection, maintenance and dissemination of current information on matters related to reaching members of the armed forces of nations with the gospel. ACCTS publishes and distributes such information as: The AMCF news and prayer request letter (quarterly), the ACCTS news and prayer request letter (monthly), as well as literature for Christian education.
