A Special Interaction - USA Report 9
Dear Friends and Prayer Partners:

Endings can always be sad and tearful, but when we look ahead to what the Lord is going to do when we return home there can be joy! So was the evening last night as we gathered at Burke Community Church for the Interaction 2007 USA Graduation. Some came in the dress of their nation, others in their Sunday best and all looking forward to a great pot luck supper and fellowship with all of the delegates, the Interaction Team and those attending the meeting.

The Lord blessed abundantly as activities of the past two days were shared. All had gone to visit the Chaplain at the Pentagon and then had a windshield sour of Washington before sharing in a Thanksgiving Dinner at the Jarratts home. It was an unexpected blessing to have Cal and Linda Dunlap join us with some of their Chinese friends. Chin Li is having an exhibition of her photographic work here in the DC area and it was nice to have her share with us.

Host families attended the dinner and then took the delegates home with them and took them many places on Saturday, from simple shopping to touring the new Air and Space Museum out near Dulles Airport. Many memories were made and new experiences shared.

After the pot luck and sharing time, we rejoiced in the Lord in what He has done through Interaction 2007 USA. Two of the delegates shared their blessings with the entire group, then all participated on the testing of knowledge of how to conduct an Inductive Bible Study. Great fun! Receiving of diplomas came next followed by the singing of "Partners in the Gospel" and a final benediction. Tears were never far away, but the exchanging of emails and phone numbers gave comfort that friendships would remain and grow around the world. What a blessed time we all shared.

As we replay the last two weeks in our minds, we ask the Lord what is He going to do next year with this program. Thanksgiving fills our hearts in the way He has used the Interaction program during the past 21 years and know that He has great purpose in those who have gone through it. Pray with us that He will give guidance to the next years and that His hand will with the leaders and delegates that in all things He will receive the honor and the glory.

Thanks for standing with us in prayer,
Bob and BJ for the Team
